Our design team will assess the suitability of your file and contact you with any issues.
We also accept (.jpg) JPEG images or (.bmp) Bitmaps, however these types of files often are not suitable. To see what format your image is, hover your cursor over the unopened file; a small info panel will appear, listing the image type. We recommend the image provided by you be 300 dpi or greater. Images smaller than 20kb usually are not suitable.
Check the quality of your image before sending it to us by enlarging it on your screen. If it's blurry, it's going to engrave blurry too. The better quality image you can provide us, the better it will look engraved. Low-quality logos often require optimising to make them suitable for engraving. We make every effort to improve the original image’s quality; it is difficult if the original is poor quality.
