Delivery Policy
At TrophyMaker we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to its destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for its journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on 1300 087 674 or [email protected].
In Store Pick Up
Our store is open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pm at 3 O’Dare St, Brighton QLD, 4017. You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our business, cancellations of orders will not be accepted once stock has been ordered or production has commenced. If you think that you may have ordered incorrectly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 1300 087 674 or [email protected] so that we can try and resolve the problem with you.
